1. Secure Financial Transactions & Settlement
Pre-Authorization Requirement: To initiate culinary preparation and logistical dispatch, all orders must be fully settled and cleared through our payment gateway beforehand.

Accepted Payment Channels: We accommodate a variety of secure digital payment options, including major credit networks direct mobile transfers via Banking.

Encrypted Processing: To safeguard your sensitive financial data, online card processing is securely routed through Scan. We maintain a zero-retention policy for credit card credentials.

Refund Timelines: In the event that our customer service team authorizes a refund, please accommodate a standard banking settlement window of up to 30 days for the credit to reflect on your statement.

2. Stringent Cancellation & Refund Protocols
Irrevocable Order Policy: Once an order is officially logged and scheduled for dispatch, it is deemed final. Under no circumstances can orders be retracted, and we maintain a strict no-refund policy on completed bookings.

Transit Discrepancies & Resolutions: In the rare event of transit-related damage or omitted menu items, our support division reserves sole discretionary authority to coordinate an immediate replacement dish or propose a suitable culinary alternative.

3. Order Amendments & Timeframes
Modification Window: Any adjustments to your selected menu items or scheduled delivery slots must be communicated via direct telephonic contact at least 60 minutes prior to the commencement of your booked delivery window.

Financial Reconciliation: Any price differences resulting from approved order modifications will be electronically settled and cleared before the courier departs.

Late Penalties: Any cancellation or modification attempts made within the 60-minute buffer leading up to your delivery window will be forfeited and charged in full.

4. Operational Hours & System Calibration
Opening Deliveries (11:00 AM): Our operational day commences at 11:00 AM. Please note that advance bookings scheduled for exactly 11:00 AM will be systematically dispatched for arrival by 12:00 PM, unless early-bird delivery arrangements have been negotiated with our staff ahead of time.

Nightly Cutoff (10:45 PM): The final order window strictly closes at 10:45 PM. Our internal order-logging systems are synchronized to an atomically calibrated clock to ensure absolute precision; we cannot accommodate local device time discrepancies.

5. Client Responsibilities & Delivery Logistics
Active Communication: We kindly request that you remain reachable via phone and are prepared to receive the courier (or designate an authorized representative) immediately upon arrival to ensure optimal food quality and temperature.

Designated Drop-Off Points: If your residence or office complex restricts courier access, it is your responsibility to provide explicit drop-off instructions directing the rider to the building's designated food station.

Uncontrollable Variables: While prompt service is our baseline benchmark, external challenges such as severe meteorological conditions, high-volume traffic congestion, or staffing constraints may occasionally delay arrival times. We deeply appreciate your mutual cooperation and patience during these rare disruptions.
